Accessibility Statement
For TradingExpert (Artificial Mind Hive) — amhsiterevival.com
1. Our commitment to accessibility
Artificial Mind Hive is committed to making TradingExpert usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control, and keyboard-only navigation. We believe access to clear market research and content should not depend on how you browse the web.
We treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time project, and we work to improve the experience as the site evolves.
2. Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. WCAG 2.1 AA is the standard most commonly referenced as the practical benchmark for digital accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and it closely aligns with the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, which is provided here for context.
TradingExpert is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that most of the site meets the standard, but some content or components may not yet fully conform. We describe the areas we are aware of in the Known limitations section below.
3. Measures we take
To support an accessible experience, we work to:
- Use semantic HTML — real headings, lists, landmarks, and buttons — so the page structure is meaningful to assistive technology.
- Maintain keyboard operability, so interactive elements can be reached and used without a mouse, with a visible focus indicator.
- Provide sufficient color contrast for body text and meaningful interface elements.
- Use responsive layouts that reflow, so content remains usable when zoomed or viewed on small screens, without loss of information.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and equivalents for non-text content.
- Respect the “reduced motion” preference. When your device or browser requests reduced motion, decorative animation and motion effects are minimized or stopped.
- Apply labels and ARIA only where native HTML is not enough, so controls and regions are announced clearly.
4. Known limitations
TradingExpert is a members-only stock-research and market-content site, and some parts of the experience are decorative and visually rich. We are aware of the following limitations and are working to address them. Importantly, none of these decorative components carry information that is unavailable elsewhere — the same data and content is always provided as plain, machine-readable text.
- Animated 3-D globe — purely decorative. It conveys no data; it is hidden from assistive technology and reduced when reduced motion is requested.
- Starfield background — a decorative background effect only. It is not focusable and is suppressed under reduced-motion settings.
- Live market ticker — the scrolling ticker is a decorative presentation of figures that are also published as static, readable text in the relevant market and quote sections. The motion can make the scrolling element itself hard to read for some users.
- Live AI news feed — content updates dynamically; rapid updates may not always be announced ideally to screen readers. The same headlines and articles are available as standard text content that can be read at your own pace.
- Motion effects — transitions and animated accents are decorative and are reduced or removed when your system requests reduced motion.
If any part of the site is not accessible to you, the same information is available in another format on request — please contact us using the details below.
5. Feedback & contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of TradingExpert. If you encounter a barrier, or if you need information in an alternative format, please tell us.
Accessibility feedback: pain2hustle1@gmail.com
When you contact us, please describe the problem and, if you can, the page or feature involved and the assistive technology or browser you were using. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports and respond with a reasonable-effort resolution as quickly as we reasonably can, and we will work with you to provide the content you need in an alternative, accessible format.
6. Assessment approach
The accessibility of TradingExpert has been assessed by self-evaluation carried out internally by Artificial Mind Hive. This includes ongoing internal review using a mix of manual keyboard and screen-reader testing, contrast checks, and automated checks as part of our regular development process. Accessibility review is treated as continuous as the site changes.
